

Bruce Gardner Brown, of New Zealand, passed away on October 6th at his home in Keller, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and a friend to all that knew him. He was born on July 17, 1928 in New Zealand, to Frederic and Eileen Brown. Bruce led a full life traveling around the world through his various jobs. When he was not working, he enjoyed stage acting, piano playing, gardening and most of all ministering to others about the Word of God. Bruce is survived by his wife, Dolores Brown of Keller, Texas, his brother Wesley Brown of New Zealand, his daughter, Susan Eileen Jennings and son-in- law Alan Jennings of New Zealand, his son, Mark White of New Zealand, his step-daughter Vicki Scribner of Arlington, Texas, step-son Eric Scribner and step-daughter-in-law, Wendy Scribner of Plano, Texas, granddaughter Stephanie Jennings, grandsons, Daniel Jennings, Andrew Jennings and grand-daughter-in-law Paula Jennings of New Zealand, step grandsons, Stephen Scribner and Jacob Scribner of Plano, Texas and two great grandsons of New Zealand. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gloster and Donald Brown of New Zealand. The visitation will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, October, 16, 2017 at 11:00am at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
