Bryan was born on December 27th 1990 in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School in 2009. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bonnie Jean Barton, Charles “Doodle” Barton, Don Williams, Edna Lou Dailing, and George Dailing and by his uncle Carey Thomas “C.T” Barton. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Donna Barton, his sister, Jennifer Sammons, brother in law, Ryan Sammons, and nephew Rhett Sammons.
Bryan was ambitious - always on the move to the next big thing. From wasting no time in the labor and delivery room plopping into this father’s arms to greet us, to his first steps (more like running from day one), to his incredible sports talents. Bryan had a passion for sports, baseball, football and track. In 2009 he was named All-Conference linebacker at Colleyville Heritage High School. Starting in 2011 he survived two North Dakota winters working for his dad before moving to Durango Colorado and continuing in construction and heavy equipment operation. In 2016 he moved back to DFW to work as a project supervisor and then buyers’ representative for 25+ million dollar multi-family home construction with Lincoln Builders and Magnolia Homes, respectively. He loved to spend time at the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Behind his tough exterior, Bryan was extremely sensitive and caring person. He loved his family. We will all miss Bryan dearly as a son, brother, relative or friend.
A service remembrance for Bryan Charles Barton for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 11th at 10 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX.
