Deborah L Stevenson of Colleyville, Tx passed away on September 21, 2021. She was born in Ft. Worth, Tx on April 2, 1947 to Russell and Betty Bryan. She grew up in Ft. Worth and graduated from Eastern Hills High School. After high school, she earned a degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Her analytical mind and work ethic helped her excel in the field of accounting as a CPA. Upon graduation from UTA she worked as an auditor at Ft. Worth National Bank. She advanced her career at the bank and became an officer and Trust Auditor. In the early 1980’s, she decided to start her own CPA Practice. She was very successful as a CPA for many years. Despite the demands of her job, she always put family first. She was always a source of love and support to all.
After retirement, she enjoyed travel, gardening, and bridge. She also volunteered with the Ft. Worth School District to help young students bring their reading skills up to grade level.
She was preceded in death by her parents Russell and Betty Bryan, and her daughter, Amy.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Stevenson, her sons Billy (wife Vicki) and Bryan (wife Misty), grandchildren Brayden, Angela, Jordon, Austin, and Victoria, and sister Lisa Hill.
