

Frances Skelton Kito was known as many things to many people. She was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew her best, Frances will be remembered as a very exceptional person.
She was the daughter of Charles and Wilma Skelton.
Frances was raised with three sisters Charlene, Ida, and Virginia. Frances was usually involved in all sorts of activities with her siblings. They shared many life experiences over the years.
A typical teenager, Frances had a fairly happy high school experience, making that critical transition from adolescence to adulthood. She enjoyed some classes more than others, having favorite subjects and teachers.
Frances worked hard to be a good mother to her son and she did her best to fulfill his needs. Frances was blessed with one son, Kenneth.
Fortunately, Frances enjoyed what she did for a living. Showing a strong work ethic, Frances worked diligently and did her best to succeed in her career. Her primary occupation was in insurance. Frances always sought to be a team player, doing what was necessary in order to get the job done.
Frances was a Member of Richland Hills Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star where she served as Worthy Matron. She also served as Matron of the Eastern Star Home in Arlington, Texas. She was also a member of the Band Boosters for Richland Hills High School.
Frances passed away on May 17, 2016 at Harris Methodist Hopsital in Fort Worth, Texas. Frances is survived by her son, Kenneth Kito of Fort Worth, Tex.; sister Charlene Morrow and her husband Michael of North Richland Hills, Tex.; nephew, Carl Irby of Washington; and cousins, Darryl and Keith Ingram of Oklahoma. Services were held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Colleyville, Texas. Frances was laid to rest in the Garden of Acacia in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
Simply stated, Frances was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Frances leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Frances Skelton Kito.

Funeral: 10:00 am on Fri, May 27 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Burial: Following the funeral at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Frances, was born in Wichita Falls, Tex in 1935. She graduated from Polytechnic High School in Fort Worth and went to work in Insurance. She was a Member of Richland Hills Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star where she served as Worthy Matron. Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Wilma Skelton; two sisters, Ida Ruth Irby and Virgina Terry; and uncle and aunt, Woodrow and Audrey Ingram. Survivors: Frances is survived by her son, Kenneth Kito of Fort Worth, Tex.; sister Charlene Morrow and her husband Michael of North Richland Hills, Tex.; nephew, Carl Irby of Washington; and cousins, Darryl and Keith Ingram of Oklahoma.
