She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on November 18, 1928, to William Clayton “Bud” Graham and Mada Trussell Graham.
Jo Ann graduated High School in Houston, Texas in 1947.
She was married to Ted Scott on June 27, 1959 in Dallas, Texas.
Jo Ann had a career in banking, culminating in a job working as a Savings Counselor for Savings of America, where she helped people open new accounts. She was extremely popular with her customers, owing to her outgoing nature, sense of professionalism, and obvious dedication.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, and especially traveling. After retirement, one of her greatest pleasures was going on numerous bus tours with friends from her local church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, “Bud” and Mada; her husband, Ted; her sister Katherine; and her brother Kenneth.
She is survived by her son, Tim Scott.
A graveside service for Jo will be held Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
