Joshua Rosenbaum, of Grapevine, Texas, passed away on February 7, 2020 in Richland Hill, Georgia. He will always be remembered as a happy person dedicated to the joy of others to all that loved and will miss him. He was born on July 28, 1984 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Betty Braun Wright.
Josh, a graduate of Carroll High School, Sergeant First Class in the United States Army. Recipient of Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officers Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Senior Aircraft Crew Member Badge, Basic Aviation Badge, Combat and Special Skill Badge Basic Marksmanship Qual Badge (Sharpshooter), Driver and Mechanic Badge, Valorous Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Overseas Service Bar.
Josh is survived by mother, Betty Braun Wright of Grapevine, Texas; brother, Blair Rosenbaum of North Richland Hills, Texas; brother, Tray McPherson of Arcadia, Oklahoma; sister, Jennifer Nash of Keller, Texas. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Mary Braun; grandfather, Fred Braun.
The visitation will be held from 4 – 6 o’clock p.m. on Sunday, February 16th at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 3 o'clock p.m. On Monday, February 17th at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Chapel in Colleyville, Texas. Interment will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
