She was preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite Hendricks Reed; her father, Raymond Hendricks; loving husband of 28 years, John Ronald Germata; her sister, Lilnora Gay Lee; and a son, Randall William Schneider.
She is survived by her children, Jim, Jeff, Steve, Cindy and Staci and their spouses; along with 14 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Briana, Bailey, Conner, Zachary, Myranda, Tanner, Sterling, Christian, Alex, Lorell, Dawn and Ryan; and two great-granddaughters, Charlotte (Charlie) and London; as well as many other family and friends.
She loved to bake, dance, sew and loved to travel the countryside with her husband, Ron. After all the kids graduated and started their own families, they set out on a brand new adventure in which they sold their home, purchased an RV, and hit the road! They traveled for several years before they finally chose to call Florida their new home. They chose it because of their love for beaches, and to be close to Ron’s mom, Eileen. They made many new friends there.
She moved back to Texas in December 2015, and resided in a senior living community in Arlington. She loved musical entertainment, doing crafts, puzzles, word searches, bingo, watching old movies like Andy Griffith, and any faith based movies we could find. She also loved going out to dinner and visiting with family and friends.
