Lauren Elizabeth Tomcheck

Lauren Elizabeth Tomcheck, age 38, passed away on Friday, February 16th, 2018. Lauren was born on December 16th, 1979 to Jim and Barbara Tomcheck. She spent her childhood and school years in Colleyville, Texas enjoying family and close friends. After attending the University of Texas in Arlington, she began her career at Matrix Network in Accounting. She spent the last 10 years working with her dad and was blessed by life-long friendships she made there. Lauren enjoyed spending time in the company of her nephews and niece. She loved them fiercely and they brought so much joy to each other’s lives. Lauren was funny, spirited, witty and smart, but most of all loved her friends and family deeply.

Lauren is survived by her father, Jim Tomcheck; brother and sister-in-law, Guy and Christen Tomcheck; nephews, Hudson and Cash Tomcheck; niece, Vonn Tomcheck; uncle and aunt, Donn and Beverly Nations; cousin, Nancy Nations; and aunt, Kay Lynn Tomcheck. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Tomcheck; grandmother and grandfather, Nancy and Frank Ellis; grandmother and grandfather, Annabelle and Clifford Tomcheck; aunt, Andrea Muller; and cousin, Donn Ellis Nations.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23rd at 12:30 at the Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville. The family will greet friends at the chapel on Friday from 11:30 am until the time of service.
