

Librada P Bautista, of Bedford, Texas, passed away on the 8th of June. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born on February 8, 1932 in Malabon City, Philippines to Vicente Pascual and Aurea Cruz.
Librada was a teacher, seamstress, and proprietress of her own alteration company. Librada lived life to the fullest, enjoying the simple pleasures in life; spending time with family and friends, dancing, watching action movies, time in the casino, and sharing laughs with those she loved most. Those closest to her
would describe her as the ultimate Mommy to Lola and to everyone she meets; selfless, caring, joyful, spunky with an uncanny ability to make everyone feel welcome and warm.
Librada is survived by her husband, Rafael Bautista, of Bedford, Texas; sisters, Abel Wilson and Perla Pascual; children, Dess and Marithes Bautista, Lea and Chris Funa, and Reece and Lorelei Bautista; grandchildren, Mintee Bautista and Alan Hicks, Ryne and Molly Bautista, Krixia Funa and Jonston Chan, Leana Funa, Trey Bautista, Ethan Bautista, and Kyler Bautista; great-grandchildren, Thalia Hicks, Aubree Hicks, Nash Bautista.
Family, friends, and others who loved her are invited to her Funeral Mass at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 12, at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Bedford, TX. The visitation is from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13 at the funeral home. The Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, June 14 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
