Max L. Smith went to be with his heavenly father on Monday, December 12, 2016. Funeral: 10am, Friday, December 16, 2016 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Chapel. Memorial Mass: 5pm Saturday, December 17, 2016 at St. Paul Catholic Church – 5508 Black Oak Lane, River Oaks, Texas.
Max was born on May 29, 1946 in Limestone, Maine to Sam and Florence Smith both deceased. Max was a long time active member of the Lions Club of Saginaw, Texas. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Survivors: beloved wife of 34 years Virginia Ann Smith; children, Chuck Todd, wife Laura, Tony Smith, wife Shelly and Michael Smith; grandchildren, Zachary, Anthony, Macie, Mason and Carson; siblings, Peggy, Janie, Mary and Robert.
