Patsy was born November 13, 1951 in Fort Worth, Texas to Willis Turner and Verda Lois Fuller. She was the youngest of four sisters.
She went to Amon Carter High School and worked at Tandy Leather Company, Tarrant County and General Motors.
Patsy is survived by her son, Kenneth Manning; mother, Verda Lois Turner; sisters, Henrietta Turner, Janice Hallmark and Glenda Hughes; nephews, Stephen Hallmark and wife Sarah, and Michael Hughes; niece, Cynthia Perry and husband Jason; seven great nieces, three great nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Patsy's Interment will be private.
