Saddened to read of Bob's passing. 
He was a darn good guy. A true gentle giant.
Hold on to your memories by doing so Bob will never be truly gone.

Mary Ellen, I'm assuming you're the same person I graduated with from South Catholic in 1965. I'm so sorry for this sad loss to you and your family. I experienced the loss of my husband in 2000, and though everyone goes through the loss of a spouse in their own way, I can emphasize. My prayers are with you all.

We all looked up to Bob  in the NRHPD  VIPS program. He was very kind and patient. He was very important in helping  start the program. We really missed him after he moved.we know you are proud of him and we are too.

Bob was in our original  VIPS group with the NRHPD. We all loved him and looked up to him.he always had the right answer when we asked a question. He was always so giving and kind.I know you are very proud of him. I know we all are  for his wisdom and guidance, and he did a lot to help start our program. We will miss him and always be grateful we knew him.

Sorry to learn of Bobs passing, I worked with Bob at the North Richland Hills Police Department Volunteer program, he was a great teammate and brought so much of his experience to the team. He was instrumental in helping our program successfully get going!

Bob and I were Patrol "buddies" when he was a member of the North Richland Hills Volunteer Police Asso. We often patrolled during the day and never missed stopping for doughnuts!
It was a privilege to know Bob.

I am trying to find the right words to say how much you meant to me.  Remembering all the laughs we shared, the tears I shed that you helped dry, and I will never forgetting all the advise you gave to me.  Some of which,at times, was very hard to hear.
I have always thought of you as another big brother and hope you knew how much I loved, admired,  but most of all how much I respected you.  
No matter what obstacles were placed in your path, you had an unwavering faith that God would see you through.
So thank you Bob for being such an amazing person in my life.  You will be missed and know that I always love you.

The Lord has called yet another of his faithful servants home. You will be truly missed . I will not weep because the day will come when we will see each other again. Dear Bob, You left your legacy here on earth for all of us to see.  You were a believer in Christ, a faithful and loving husband and a leader of your community.  You loved God, you adored your wife and you were committed to be of service to all who needed it. May you rest in peace in now.  You will be missed.  You will be remembered.  My fondest memory is hearing Maryellen on the phone at work and when she was saying goodbye to you, it was always "I Love you too".  I would always tease and repeat her.  But I was rejoicing in the love the two of you shared.  After 47 years of marriage, ya'll sounded like newlyweds.  A love only bound by Christ.  As we all will miss you, Maryellen will miss you the most.  Look in on her from time to time.  Well, okay, all the time.  Bob, you have left a void in this world.
