Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Jewell Mithcell; Father, Robert F. Winter; brothers, William Issac Winter and Charles Wayne Winter; and one grandchild, Jason Griffin.
Survivors: His beloved wife, Alice Fayrene Winter; three daughters, Glenda Martin and her husband Steve Martin; Sandra Kinsel (Tice), and Nancy Gambow and her husband Ray Gambow; two brothers, Paul Winter and Jerry Lynn Winter; two Sisters, Christine Busey and Wanda Ruth Hernandez; five Grandchildren; Steven Martin and his wife Jennifer Martin, Holly Keahey and her husband Chris Keahey, Sara Gambow, Nina Gambow, and Luke Gambow; and six great grandchildren, Caleb, Gracie, Abigail, and Benjamin Martin, Kellen Keahey, and Anze Gambow.
