Mr. William Harold Willis

Born in Forney, Texas on December 5, 1934, Arlington resident, William Harold Willis, passed from this life on March 9, 2022 at the age of 87. Harold, as he was known by most, is survived by his wife of 40 years, Wilma Willis.

After graduation from Grand Prairie High School in 1953, Harold served in the National Guard. After his military discharge, he was employed in the aerospace industry for 34 years as a machinist, retiring in 1991. Harold was a 50 year member of Estelle Masonic Lodge and Dallas Hella Temple Shriners. Harold and Wilma volunteered at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children of Dallas for over 25 years.

Harold loved to travel, especially road trips that included fishing. An avid reader, Harold loved all things history and learning. His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren always brought him great joy.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by son, Harold Ray Willis (Lynne); daughter, Kelly Willis; step-daughters, Rhonda Stevens, Melodee Sieg (Michael); grandchildren, Aaron White, Misti Burr, Christopher Sieg (Elsa), Jarratt Willis, Drew Patterson (Gabrielle); great-grandchildren, Hank White, Micah White, Michael Andrew Sieg, Ana Collins, Daniel Patterson, Eden Patterson, and Eva Patterson.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 3:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034. A graveside service for Harold will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
