Billy “Jack” Carter, 69, of Christiansted, US Virgin Islands passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Jack was born in Greenwood, Mississippi on October 31, 1955 to Shirley Belote and Billy Jack Carter, Sr.
Jack is survived by the love of his life, Jill Martin Carter; his son, Miles Carter (Kate); his daughter, Caitlin Carter James (Sam); his precious grandchildren, Vivienne, Henry, Harris, & William; and his siblings, Pam Carter Lolley (Elmer), James Heber Carter (Vickie), and Peggy Carter Myers (Todd).
