Eleanor Frances Ingalsbe Lytle, 71, of Collierville, loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, February 7, 2014. Ms. Lytle was born August 22, 1942 in Kingston, NY to the late Ward Warren and Margaret O’Connor Ingalsbe. She graduated from Keuka College in June 1964 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She was retired from the Presbyterian Church where she served as Director of Education. She was a Deacon with Germantown Presbyterian Church, a member of Presbyterian Women, Faith Quilters, Cotton Patchers Quilting Club, PALS Book Club, and the Tennessee Stampers. Ms. Lytle is survived by three daughters, Margaret K. Lowitzer (James), Rebecca L. Kraftson (Torry) and Elizabeth L. Napoli (Michael), son, Charles E. Lytle, sister, Margaret I. Moonan, brother, Ward W. Ingalsbe, Jr. (Anne), nine grandchildren, and twelve nieces and nephews. Ellie was a great friend to many and will be remembered for her joyful spirit. A Memorial Service is planned for 11:00 am on Saturday, July 26th at Old Dutch Church, Kingston, NY. Rev. Linda Jaberg will officiate. Burial will follow at Wiltwyk Cemetary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Germantown Presbyterian Church, 2363 Germantown Road South, Germantown, TN 38138. Memorials will be designated for the church's Children's Ministry.
