Marshall Swain Ruth

Mr. Ruth was retired from the United States Air Force and was a longtime member at Kirby Woods Baptist Church in Memphis and was currently a member of Covenant Baptist Church in Collierville.

He is survived by his loving wife; Sarah Ruth, sons; Tony Dale Ruth, Danny Marshall Ruth, Christopher Wayne Ruth, his sister; Margie Craig, five grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren.

A visitation for Marshall will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Covenant Baptist Church, 3170 S Houston Levee Rd, Collierville, TN 38017. Funeral services will occur Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3170 S Houston Levee Rd, Collierville, TN 38017. A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 1:15 PM at West TN State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill - Irene Rd., Memphis, TN 38125.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
