Thomas Joseph Jones

Thomas enjoyed reading and cooking, particularly enjoying preparing meals outdoors, he spent his time watching sports on television, especially football. His warm heart, sense of humor, and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Hartley Jones; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Betty Paletskie; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Cora Jones.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Heather Pleasants Jones; his three children, Anthony Jones, Hazel Jones, and Thomas Jones Jr.; his father, Henry Jones (Pam Camurati); his siblings, Henry Jones III (Melanie), Katie Williams, Jonathan Jones, Anna Patterson, Samantha Tate, and Michael Tate; as well as several nieces and nephews who were dear to him.

A memorial gathering to honor and celebrate Thomas’s life will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Collierville Funeral Home, located at 3863 Bailey Station Road, Collierville, TN. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in remembering Thomas and sharing stories of his kindness, warmth, and love.
