Thomas Victor Toomey, Sr. June 1, 1927 - June 3, 2014 Mr. Toomey, USMC retired and one of the 7th Marines Chosin Few passed away peacefully June 3 2014. Mr. Toomey served the Collierville community as President of the Centennial Commission, and a number of Civic and Church organizations during his more than 50 year residency. Visitation will be 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Friday, June 6th at Collierville Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 7th at Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville.
