Vincent Francis Salemi Jr., age 68, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday May 8, 2018. Vincent was born October 19, 1949 in Memphis to the late Vincent Francis Salemi and Ellen Henley Salemi. He was a former Civil Engineer Draftsman with the City of Memphis and retired with 23 years of service with the United States Post Office. Vince was a Muscle Car enthusiast, enjoyed car racing and was a member of Collierville First Baptist Church.
Along with his mother, he is survived by a daughter; Gina McGee (Tim), a son; Jay Salemi (Megan), his sister; Lyn Wildmon (Terry), his brother; Bob Salemi (Scottie) and six grandchildren; Keegan, Kurston and Brody Clemons, Ethan, Garrett and Brody McGee.
A visitation for Vincent will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Collierville First Baptist Church, 830 New Byhalia Rd., Collierville, TN 38017. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Collierville First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
