Patricia Chorzelewski was born in Camden, New Jersey on June 29, 1941. Age 82. Loving wife of 52 years to Joseph Chorzelewski. Beloved mother of Patty (Bob) Jones, Lori (Jim) Mulligan, and Ed (Jen) Chorzelewski. Dear Sister of Janet Tuttle and Susan Pulley. Devoted grandmother of Jackie, Abbie, Ashley, Brandon, Emma, Kara, Lauren, Joe and Ella.
Patricia Chorzelewski worked as a Claims Specialist for Independence Blue Cross before retiring.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Thursday 11am-12:30pm at the Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. Memorial service to be held at 12:30pm.
