Rita Kelly (nee Brown) passed away after a battle with a long time illness on October 11, 2021, at 66 years of age. She is predeceased by her husband, Michael Kelly, her brother, Chris, and both of her parents, Rita and Charles.
She is survived by her daughter, Jocelyn R. Kelly, her brothers Charlie Brown and Paul “Buck” Brown, and many nieces and nephews. During better health, Rita loved to attend live music concerts, loved watching professional sports and was a devoted Bruce Springsteen fan.
