Rita A. Ambruso Mulroy

Age 90 of Westmont

Rita passed peacefully Tuesday December 27, 2016. Beloved wife of pre-deceased John J. Mulroy Sr. Devoted mother of Mary Margaret (James) Melloh of Sparta, NJ, Dr. John (Cecilia) Mulroy Jr. of Salt Lake City, UT and James E. (Tammy) Mulroy of Haddon Twp., NJ. Dear sister of Marianne Corradetti, Joseph Ambruso and pre-deceased Adeline Moffa. Loving grandmother of Andrew, Daniel, Sarah, Brian, John, Patrick, Elissa, Kevin, Christopher and Jake. Cherished great grandmother of Conor.

Rita was born in Philadelphia, PA and settled in Westmont, NJ. She was a lifelong parishioner of Holy Saviour Church. She was a member of their choir and the President of the PTA. Rita worked for Bristol-Myers until her retirement. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to the Viewing on Saturday December 31, 10:00 – 11:00 am at St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd. Haddon Twp. NJ 08033. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to BLAKE-DOYLE Funeral Home, Collingswood, NJ.
