

Winnie had a special way of making anyone smile with her amazing personality and her relentless happiness. Winnie is pre-deceased by her father, Joseph Tallerico; her grandparents, David Meredith Jr, Frank and Jean Tallerico, and Frederick Kelly. Winnie is survived by her mother, Mary Tallerico; her brother, Joseph Tallerico Jr, and his son, Joseph Tallerico III; her grandmother, Mary Kelly; a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Winnie was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and resided in Helmetta, New Jersey until 1991 when the family moved to Cape May, New Jersey. Winnie resided in Cape May up until her passing. Winnie worked at the Jersey Cape Diagnostic, Training, and Opportunity Center for many years, making beach tags for various municipalities.
Winnie was an avid swimmer, loving both pools and the ocean. Winnie was a member of the New Jersey Special Olympics for many years where she participated in various track and field events, swimming and bowling. Winnie remained determined no matter the sport. More than anything, Winnie loved her family and was always more than happy to spend time with family or talk their ears off on the phone. Winnie will be missed by her large number of friends, family and anyone who was touched by her amazing personality. Winnie truly knew how to being out the best in people.
Now she will be wrapped in the wings of her father, Joseph and taken to Heaven where they will finally get to be reunited. Arrangements have been entrusted to BLAKE-DOYLE Funeral Home, Collingswood, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Special Olympics of New Jersey, in Winnie’s honor.
