

Bruce was born on November 25, 1961 in Hichin, England to Charles and Shirley Horwood. He was the second oldest of four children and grew up alongside his sisters, Karen and Julie Horwood, and his brother Craig Horwood. He was raised in England until a young age until his parents moved him and his siblings to Burbank, California. He was raised to be a strong, hardworking, and loyal man that many came to know and love.
Bruce carried his work ethic proudly throughout his life as a talented and dedicated plumber to California Plumbing in which he Co-owned with his father Charles. They built not just a business but a reputation for honesty, skill, and integrity. He took great pride in his craftsmanship and in serving his community, always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Beyond his work, Bruce found joy in life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed playing golf, riding his bike, fishing and spending weekends wandering swap meets in search of hidden treasures. He had a special way of striking up conversations and making friends wherever he went. He truly was a person that made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
Bruce had a deep love for animals and had a special companionship with his dogs Bruiser and Ozzy.
He is survived by his children, Brittany Fleck, Christopher McMaster, and Shandee Black. He also leaves behind his wife, Stacey, and her three children, Chad, Hailee, and Megan, whom he cared for as his own. Along with many grandchildren. Bruce's love for his family was steady and sincere, and although some relationships may have taken different paths over the years, the love always remained.
Bruce will be remembered for his kind heart, strong hands, quick smile, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. His unexpected passing leaves a space that can never be filled, but his memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love he leaves behind.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
