It was a real blessing to know and meet Calvin through my best friend Jim. Calvin was a real sweet heart, and he will be missed. I give my condolences to Calvins family, and I am so very sorry for your loss.

I want to express my sincere condolences to Calvin's Mother and the rest of his family.  It has been an honor getting to know Calvin for the last almost 4 years at Flower Hill Apartments.  Greg introduced me to Calvin, and asked if I could help him with some services.  I've been blessed by my association with Calvin.  I've never met such a completely nonself-conscious individual in my life.  Calvin lived life on his own terms, and he had some amazing flashes of insight over the years.  He definitely told it like he saw it.  In many ways, he was the heart and soul of Flower Hill Apartments.  I loved the loyalty of his good friend, Fred, and I loved listening to their conversations.  Calvin had a stubborn streak combined with a big heart.  I will always remember him saying "Oh, Yeah."  Usually about 10 times in a conversation.  He stole my heart, and he is missed by us all.
