I am so sorry to hear of Carols passing.  She and I became friends back in 1962. After moving back to Wisconsin we still kept in touch through writing and facebook.  She is at peace now with no pain.  I knew Donna also and Don you were just a litle boy then.  I will miss her friendship.

I first met Carol in 1976 - at that time she was my future sister-in-law.  Over the years I really grew to love her as a real sister.  She was a genuine "real" person, never trying to "put on airs" or be someone other than herself.  She was always a tremendous helpmate to her husband always and to her children whenever they needed her growing up.  She also was devoted to her own mother, Arizona Davidson, and was such a great help to her in later years.  I am happy that she and her husband Larry enjoyed some quality years together after their mutual retirements, although they both battled health issues that ended their lives here on earth far too soon, speaking from my very selfish point of view.  Even as Carol's health declined, especially in the first 5 months of 2012, she had a tremendous desire to keep living and fought to the very end to do so.  I know she suffered greatly, but she complained very little, instead endeavoring to adjust to whatever new difficulties came her way, always adding pleasure to the lives of others by trying to see if she could too anything for THEM!  I surely enjoyed the years I knew you here on this earth, Carol - you leave a void in my life that no one else can replace.  I thank God for the Blessing of Carol Davidson Depp!!

I met Carol in a Hospice bereavement group in 2011, that I attended after my mother passed away. I loved when Carol spoke of her husband Larry, and what wonderful adventures they had together on their Harley motorcycles. I kept in touch with Carol after the bereavement class was over, and I always enjoyed our conversations. I'am so very sorry that I missed Carol's services, but I did not hear about Carol's passing until late Friday afternoon. God bless Carol, and when she was re-united with her wonderful husband Larry, may they continue their ride together now in infinity.

I will miss Carol.  She was a caring and kind friend.  We met in a bereavement group after Larry's passing.  She was a great lady.  I can truly say that my life was brightened by knowing her.

My sister, so brave and true to herself and her family...my last sibling.. I wil miss you deeply.

So sorry to learn of Carol passing may the family have peace knowing that the pain and sickness is now gone.
