Charles D. Johnson, 74, passed away on March 6, 2026. Born June 30, 1951, Charles was a gentle, hard-working, and honest man whose steady presence will be deeply missed. Charles was a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado. From this point forward, he will be lovingly remembered as Charles.
Charles is survived by his sister, Patricia Johnson, two nephews, Jeff Johnson and Jim Johnson, and many grand niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Johnson, his older brother Wendell and his niece Jodi.
Charles loved and was very talented at every sport (except soccer!).
Visitation will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910, on March 20, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Committal Service will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910, on March 20, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
