My condolences to the Kirby family. Charles and Mary were the best neighbors when we lived next to them on Brookside. Charles shared a special friendship with our crazy cat Mr. Underfoot who would follow Charles all over the yard while he did chores, then would sit contentedly on his lap in the sunshine for hours.
Even after we moved out of the neighborhood I would often think fondly of this amazing couple and missed them deeply.
