Don,  I remember you so well.  You were  a true friend and a gentlemen. You were always fun to be  around, a fabulous Uncle.  Jim liked you so much. Now that your glorious soul has been set free, visit Jim. He may have been there  at the gates to greet you. I hope  that he was there, to honor you. Enjoy eternity. So sorry for your loss, he was not just a favorite Uncle of mine but one of my favorite people in the world.  As a kid mom,  Martha, seemed not to be surprised at the things your husband and father would or could do.  Case in point: not sure who all happened to be in the basement at your house when here comes this bigger than life motorcycle.  Down the stairs into the basement, did  a lap stopped and then up and out just as quick. Don riding his Kawasaki 1100.  I think it was gramma who had the rolling pin in her hand and aunt Dottie giving the look which was quicker than the rolling. The rolling pin is really just added for color but it was gramma who was first the out of the kitchen door.  Such behavior, ghastly.  I do remember thinking  I wouldn’t/ couldn’t do that on my bike.  Your dad was always a crack up.  Serious as could be.  The world will miss my uncle Don. 
I would like to be there for his services if there is one. ( COVID 19  restrictions?)  please let me know.
