Eric Charles Nelson

Eric was the baby of the family of four boys. He was seven years younger than his next oldest sibling. During his life, Eric enjoyed watching movies, going on vacations to see relatives and making friends. He loved animals, especially dogs. He was active in scouting and the activities involved such as Freezerees, high adventure hikes, and campouts. He loved being in plays in high school, his favorite being the “The Wizard of OZ”. He enjoyed fishing.

Eric was a graduate of Falcon High School, and attended PPCC. He loved driving and worked as a driver in the food services industry. He also served in the United States Air Force.

Eric is survived by his mother, Joanne Nelson; his father, Ed Nelson; and his brothers, Kirk and Luke Nelson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Nelson, who passed away in 2013 at the age of 28.

A Memorial will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at The Black Forest Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6950 Shoup Road, Black Forest, CO 80908.
