

Faustin Madrid of Colorado Springs, Colorado, left this earthly plane June 5th, 2025. Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Friend and Neighbor, he will be missed by all who ever interacted with this kind soul even briefly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Felipe & Teresita Madrid, and his brothers Raymond and Joe.
He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Marbella L Madrid, his children, Steve, Mechelle, Erika, John and Jinae, as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, his brothers Robert, Felix, Wilfred and Clyde, and his sisters Marilyn, Dorothy, Clara, Linda, Isabel, Alice, Lillian, Aline, Charlotte and Esther.
Faustin, also known as Alonzo, served his country for almost three decades in the United States Air Force, and continued to serve as a civilian in government service for another two decades.
He served his Catholic faith as a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Faustin was an avid hunter, horseman, and mechanic, but nothing surpassed the love, care and devotion that he had for his family.
Catholic Services will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church, 11020 Teachout Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908. A Rosary will be held at 10:30AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM.
