Justine Louise Foley

Justine Foley, 93, of West Des Moines, Iowa, passed away in Colorado Springs, Colorado on August 21st, 2025.

She was born in Mason City, Iowa in 1931 to Helen and William Kelly, and was the oldest of seven children. Justine was raised in Muscatine, Iowa and graduated from Saint Mathias High School. She received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting later in life from Drake University, where she also worked for many years in the Financial Aid Department after graduating. She raised her family in West Des Moines, Iowa and was active in various community organizations, including little league and youth hockey.

Justine is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Foley M.D., and is survived by her brother Dave Kelly and her children Michelle, Robert Jr., Michael, David, Deborah and Elizabeth, as well as eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life to be held later this year in West Des Moines, Iowa. Donations to Special Olympics or Planned Parenthood would be greatly appreciated.
