Karen Sue Swann

Karen Sue Swann, age 61, of Jacksonville passed away unexpectedly July 22, 2013 in Colorado Springs, Colorado (her home away from home). Karen was born in Cook County Illinois (Chicago) to Helen Marjorie and David William Magee. Karen lived and worked in Jacksonville with the Veterans Administration as an Benefits Administrative Officer. She dedicated her life to raising four daughters & helping others. Karen thoroughly enjoyed traveling in their motor home and loved the natural beauty and wildlife of our country. She lived life with the love of and for family and friends. Karen was predeceased by her mother, father, sister Deanna Schneckenburger and brother William Magee. She is survived by her soul mate and love of her life of 31 years Michael B. Swann and daughters Julie A. Russell & Margie H. Trimble and grandchildren Haley, Katlyn, Emily, Alysa, Savannah, Brianna, Jordan & Noah, Brother John E. Magee . Services will be held at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, Pastor Larry Hadrava presiding 8701 Argyle Forest Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. Love you always and forever till we see you again!
