Kathy was born in Pueblo, Colorado to Robert and Phyllis Larson on January 11, 1948. She went to school in Pueblo. Kathy married Phillip D. Ruegg in Pueblo on August 12, 2000.
Kathy is preceded in death by: Robert Larson (father); Phyllis Larson (mother); Valerie Pierson (sister); and G.W. Johnson (former spouse).
Kathy is survived by: spouse Phil Ruegg; brother Gary (Suzy) Larson; daughter Tia (Jason) Stakely; daughter Tara (Logan) Reese; daughter Erin (Matthew) Rocco; grandson Gregory Rocco; granddaughter Emma Rocco; granddaughter Erin (Noah) Armstrong; grandson Brian (Melinda) Brown; niece Jennifer (Ross) Rocha; and great grandchildren Annslyn Brown, Athain Brown, Logan Armstrong, and Charlie Armstrong.
The family suggests donations to the Arthritis Foundation in lieu of flowers.
