Born in Trinidad, CO to Edgar and Jennie Lingar of Aguilar, CO. Lillian lived out her life in Colorado Springs with her husband Leon. Lillian and Leon enjoyed hiking at the Fountain Creek Nature Center, one of her favorite places. She and Leon also spent much time fishing, hunting and camping. She also loved her crossword puzzles.
Lillian was a long time worker at AMPEX and retired in 1990.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 10 siblings.
She is survived by husband Leon, daughter Jennie Montgomery (Robert) of Temple, TX, daughter Kimber From (Ed) of Otis, CO, son Jay Leonhardt (Debbie) of Colorado Springs and daughter Kori Leonhardt (Henry) of Otis, CO. Also numerous grandsons and granddaughters, great grandsons and granddaughters, nieces and nephews, great aunt and father-in -laws.
Lillian was loved by family and friends and will be missed by all. Memorials can be made to the Fountain Creek Nature Center.
Visitation will be Monday, December 26, 2011 from 5-7pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 10:00am. Both services will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Home.
