Marguerite Elizabeth Reid

Marguerite was born in Kim, Colorado on October 18, 1922. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Reid, parents Sydney B. and Annie Mae Clark, stepmother Annie Fay Clark and three brothers Howard, Sydney B. Jr. and Carroll Lee.

Marguerite met the love of her life Harold Reid in 1945 and they were married September 7, 1946 in Sweetwater, Texas.

She is survived by son Russell Reid, daughter Cheryl Reid, daughter Sandra Kopasz (husband Lynn), five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two sisters, Ruth Naylor of Salt Lake City, Utah and Helen Felkins of Monticello, Utah.

We will miss her but our love and memories will live in our hearts forever.

Marguerite retired in 1995 from Unocal/Chevron Oil Company in Sacramento, California working in the land department. She was an avid gardener and loved tending to her flowers and vegetable gardens.

Services will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, October 7, 2016 at Swan-Law, 501 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery following services.
