Maria P Rini

Maria was born on December 19, 1931 to Johann Pop and Marie Pop Jany in Cesky Krumlov located in the South Bohemian region of the Czech Republic. She was married to Donald Rini in Aschaffenburg, Germany on December 21, 1953 and became a US citizen in November of 1958 in Junction City, Kansas. Maria and Donald both enjoyed waltz and polka dancing and regularly attended the Germania club in Colorado Springs and other local German clubs. Maria is survived by her four children, Mike Rini (Genevieve predeceased), Reinhardt Rini (Anne), Don Rini (Evelyn), Michelle Rini-Rezzonico (Wayne); eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Rini, a WWII Army Veteran.

Per Maria’s request, no services are planned. Her cremains will be interred at Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
