Marie Anna Thaler Rodgers, 97, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away January 8, 2014 in Colorado Springs. She was born September 27, 1916 in Pueblo, CO to Laurence and Anna (Becher) Thaler. She spent her life in Colorado. She married Edward Francis Rodgers November 23, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1991. She is also preceded by her daughter Nancy Barbour in October of 2013. She is survived by her daughter Diane Rodgers Ward; her 2 sons Robert Charles and Thomas Albert Rodgers; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. A funeral mass to honor her life is taking place Saturday, January 25th at 10:00am at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Colorado Springs. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
