Mary Elizabeth Rozzi

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Giovanni Rozzi; her children, John, William (Sharon), James (Leslie), and Michelle (Michael), Garland; her grandchildren, Marisa, Paul, Bernadette, Julia, and Sarah; and her brother, William. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Max and Elizabeth Schonhardt, and her brother James.

Born on July 20, 1940 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mary was a graduate of McKeesport Area High School. She worked as a clerk in McKeesport Hospital’s Medical Records department for 23 years. Mary lived a full and meaningful life. She will be remembered for her kindness, gentle nature and fun spirit. Mary enjoyed going to casinos with Giovanni, spending time with friends at Italian-American social clubs, and most of all being with her children and grandchildren whom she cherished. She had a heart of gold and was truly a genuine person.

A memorial service will take place at Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1443 Lincoln Highway, North Versailles Township, PA.
