Faye was the 5th child of William T. Hickman and Olive May Bradsby, she was born March 25th, 1935, in Fort Morgan Colorado.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Emma May Baughman, Ella Loy Nast, Gladys Ruth Hickman, William Theodore Hickman, Farris Irene Scott, and Velda Mary Harless.
She is survived by her son William Lynn Turner, her daughter Kimberly Sue Kalata, her son-in-law Chad Ryan Burfitt, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Faye is remembered as a fun-loving, creative, independent woman. She loved to dance the Jitterbug, design flower gardens, and look for treasures at the local thrift stores. She enjoyed talking and joking with people and never met a stranger in her life. Everyone that knew her had a story to tell about her. She will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held at an undetermined later date in 2026.
