Paul passed away from a battle with severe COPD. His family was by his side when he took his last breathe. He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Hwa Yun Tuell; his daughter, Linda Kelley;
2 grandsons, Noah and Jonah Kelley; sister, Margaret Hamm; brothers, William (Bill) Tuell, David Tuell and Bobby Tuell.
Paul was a good man who truly cared about everyone. He would literally give you the shirt off his back if you had asked him and then go buy you some more just to make sure you were well taken care of. He was always very giving to others.
He will be missed tremendously and is loved so much.
