Sandra E. Symes was born on January 16, 1943 to the late Herbert and Elena Symes. She grew up in Maynard, Massachusetts and married Frank Russello at an early age. Together they moved to Germany, Redondo Beach, and Colorado Springs with his Air Force career. Sandra made a career as a medical transcriptionist. She loved spending time with her friends and family, and above all, she adored her grandchildren.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Stan Padalski; her daughter, Carla Carberry; her son, Stephen Russello; daughter-in-law, Carrie Russello; and her son-in-law, Larry Martin. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Amanda (Russello) Haas, Brianna Carberry, and Dylan Russello; great-grandchildren: Aulora Haas and Carter Haas; siblings: Herbert Symes, Jr., Kathy Symes, MaryLou Morgan, and Kerri Martinec; and cousins: Jimmy Ruggiero and Vicki Chartrand.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Russello, and a son, Frankie, Jr.
