I will always remember Sharon's laughter, her delight in travel, and her love of good company. I'm grateful for having been friends with her for more than 20 years, and wish we could have had another 20 more. May God rest her, and bless all her friends and family.

What a genuinely kind and caring soul you had Sharon .. your smile was endless and could light up any room you entered.  Our only comfort is knowing your pain free now 


Sharon and I were roommates on a wonderful river cruise in 2017 from Monoco to Paris.  Monoco was someplace she had always wanted to visit.  She was a great traveling companion and friend.  She will be missed!

Sharon and I belonged to the most fun group along with Diane Duke, Janet Alspach, and Carla Forinash ; we called ourselves the Fab 5!  We got together whenever we could coordinate our 5 schedules for trips to the Blackhawk casinos or lunches in town when road trips were not possible.  Just being together sharing meals,  drinking wine and sharing stories made it so much fun! We laughed so hard when we were together!  I will always remember the quaint saying Sharon always managed to bring up in our conversations.  I will miss her terribly, but am glad her pain is over.  

Sharon, I will never forget you, your beautiful smile (always), the way you cared for other people, and never gave up on yourself.  You have always been an inspiration to me.
I will always remember bowling with you, playing at the casinos, having lunch with you, all happy times.

Sharon and I met through bowling, and we became like sisters. We shared laughter and tears, good times and bad.  She was a survivor above all! She pushed through the pain and gave everything she could to get better. She will forever stay in my heart, and I’ll miss her every day.  May our memories keep her alive always

No words can describe how much I loved my cousin Sharon. Almost every trip from my cabin to Jeff City which was an hour and a half,  we talked the entire way. She was my strength and my rock.  We both loved Cher, she would come home and we would drive for hours just listening to Cher over and over.  We both loved horses and enjoy riding together whether is was in MO or at the air force base in CO. We enjoyed going to winery’s and drinking wine, she did love Stonehill wine from MO and always shipped a case of it to her home.  She was a kind soul, and did not allow any room in her world for toxicity.  Some times she had few words to say about something, but always had that beautiful smile and little giggle.  She drug me to almost every casino in CO and I don’t gamble but pretended to just to be with her where she was happy.  She hated MO but sure loved CO and I heard about it all the time. I always admired her in all respects,from her very successful life in the Air Force, her poise and beauty, love for her boys and family and great spirit. I will miss your dearly cousin. Now go home, see Aunt Ida and Uncle Henry and give them a hug for me. Sissy.

I lovingly called Sharon my Second Mommy. Sharon was amazing, intelligent, funny, sweet, and kind. I enjoyed all the moments I got to spend with her. 
I love you, Mommy!!

All the fun memories with Sharon will stay in our hearts like the Rockies game. 

Sharon and I met as next door neighbors. Whether it was catching rays early in the morning on her front stairs, sharing a cup of tea in our jammies, or having margaritas on our back deck later in the day, we always had fun together. There were often times her life wasn’t easy, but we shared life’s  experiences…  and solved all the world’s problems together.  If only everyone was listening.  :)   Sending your spirit forth in the same bright way you always lived. Blessings!

I met Sharon in Italy - we were in the same travel group, but she missed most of the planning meetings due to her divorce and her stomach cancer treatments

We were the best of friends always having fun like kicking 2020 out the door on New Year’s Eve. We will miss you sweet Sharon. Condolences to your two boys, Eric and Nick, and their families. 

Sharon, you are one of my dearest friends, you made time spent with you fun, memorable, and precious. Our times together will always be sweet memories now. You made life fun, always brought laughter with you and your hugs we’re amazing. You are going to be missed but I will hold you in my heart forever.

Sharon was my closest friend.  While I only knew her since late 2015, we shared lots of adventures and great memories.  I will truly miss her.
