She was born in Superior, Wisconsin, November 13, 1958 the third of four children born to the late Robert and Geraldine Kessey.
Tammy was a guiding light whose kindness and compassion touched many lives. Known for her immense heart and selflessness, Tammy was a hero not just to her family but to countless individuals and strangers alike.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her only child, Amber (Prince) Amo of Alpharetta Georgia; companion James Hill and his children Dreamer and Michael Hill of Colorado Spring Colorado; grandchildren, Janeice and Gabriella; Siblings, Robin, Richard and Bobby; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
