Virginia Lee Lee

Ginny was born on March 1, 1936 to Ross and Lucille Shrader in Lincoln , Nebraska.

Ginny graduated high school in CA. She worked as a telephone operator and later as a Morgage loan officer in Colorado Springs for 27 years.

Ginny married a West Point Graduate, Roger Lee, and had 3 children.

She traveled the country as a military wife and especially loved being stationed in Wurzburg, Germany.

Ginny loved to sing and had a beautiful harmonizing alto voice. She sang in a trio with her sister and was a member of the Senior Chorale for many years.

Ginny’s greatest joy was being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, sister and husband.

Ginny is survived by her daughters; Linda Bucher/Family, and Laura Lee-Haycock/Family, and son; Brian Lee/Family, 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024 at 1 pm at Pikes Peak Towers, 1912 Eastlake Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.

Flowers may be sent to Pikes Peak Towers for the Celebration of Life.

In Lieu of Flowers, Monetary donations may be made to Childrens Hospital Colorado Springs NICU Department.
