He was born Alfred Romeo Jr, June 13, 1932 in the Bronx, New York.
Al was raised in Fall River, Mass. After serving in the Army, he moved to California and began his career as a Civil Engineer, in metrology with the Department of Defense.
He is survived by his adoring wife Wendy, daughters and sons-in-law Robin & Doug Pearson, Beth & Paul Butcher, Gina & J Miller, and Gwendolyn Rinehart, his sister Tillie Mabe, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Al's services are:
March 30 - Rosary 4:00 - 4:30
Visitation 4:00 - 8:00
March 31 - Service 1:00.
A reception celebrating Al's life filled with Italian food, drinks, and stories will be held at the Romeo home following the gravesite ceremony.
