In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Arlene also loved her family, friends, and she was a social butterfly who can talk to anybody and make friends anywhere she went. She had a heart for everybody!
Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. You will be missed deeply Arlene and we will see you again in heaven.
Arlene joins her grandmother Consuelo Capetillo and uncle Joe Capetillo in Heaven. She is survived by her husband David Bassett, her sons Anthony Gaytan, Scottie Rissman, and David and Elijah Bassett, her granddaughter Aubrey Gaytan, her mother Rebecca Reyes, and her brother Joseph Paramo, her aunts & uncle Rosie & Jerry Campos, Teresa OAkden, Ofelia Capetillo, her cousins Frankie Capetillo, Samuel, Adam, and Valerie Oakden.
