Ashley Lynn Franz

Ashley Lynn Franz, age 34, a lifelong resident of San Bernardino Valley, passed away on Sunday December 24, 2017 at Redlands Community Hospital due to complications from cardiac arrest. Ashley was born January 10, 1983 to Robert and Lorene Franz. She graduated from San Gorgonio High School with honors in 2001, went on to attend Crafton Hills College earning an Associate of Arts degree, and attended Cal State San Bernardino. Ashley's love of life and people made her a beloved bartender and friend to many the past thirteen years. Ashley had a huge heart which never stopped caring, always put others before herself, and would give whatever she could. She was known to fill a room with laughter, brighten any day with her smile and sparkling blue eyes, and make tasty cobblers. Ashley enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, bowling, and playing a round of golf. Most of all Ashley cherished time spent with family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Lori Franz; father, Robert Franz; brothers, Nathan and Jake Franz; grandfather, Gerald (Les) Franz; grandmother, Nancy Lawrence; and great grandmother, Eleanor Keir.

Memorial service for Ashley will be held Friday, January 26, 2018, 1 p.m. at Montecito Valley View Chapel, and inurnment to follow, both at 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, CA 92324.
