It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cecilia Galindo, who died at home on February 22, 2024 at the age of 69. She graduated from San Gorgonio HS, class of 1974. She retired from San Bernardino Community College. “Weedy”, as she was fondly known, was born on October 11, 1954 in San Bernardino to Angel and Herlinda Botello.
Cecilia is survived by her husband Alfonzo Galindo of Colton. She is survived by her siblings Alfred (Lupe) Botello of Calimesa; Linda Molina of San Bernardino; Cathy Gomez (Ben) of Apple Valley; Danny Botello of San Bernardino; Eddie (Rosalie) Botello of San Bernardino; Stepson Gordon Galindo of Bakersfield and Stepdaughter Ofelia Ware of Susanville and many nephews, nieces and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Angel “Baby” Botello, Jr.; Mary Levario; Helen Vielma; Richard “Bundy” Botello; John ”Binney” Botello; and Joe Botello.
She will always be forever in our hearts.
